ATLANTIC-ACM utilizes a fast moving and motivating onboarding process for all new employees. We provide industry background materials to gain knowledge in the Telecom industry, and new employees engage in individual and group sessions with our experts to better understand how we work.
Mentoring – The PAM Program
ATLANTIC-ACM created a program called PAM (think of “the Office”). This program creates a close relationship between a senior and junior employee where the senior employee will be your Peer, Advocate, and Mentor. The PAM will help guide you through your personal and professional growth here at ATLANTIC-ACM.
